Hello! My name is Georgina Chavez, and I am a Legal Document Preparer certified by the Board of Nonlawyer Legal Service Providers - formed by the Arizona Supreme Court in 2003. I started Chavez Paralegal Services in 2020 after serving as a Courtroom Clerk for family court judges at the Maricopa County Superior Court. During my time at the courthouse, I personally attended hundreds of family court trials/hearings and realized that many people need assistance drafting effective court documents but cannot afford the services of a family law attorney.
